摘要
针对某110kV线路跳闸、绝缘子伞裙炸裂事故,结合故障时天气及故障情况,对故障绝缘子进行外观检查及电气、材料性能试验分析,认为瓷绝缘子炸裂事故的直接原因为绝缘子串中存在零值绝缘子,雨天绝缘子外绝缘性能下降,发生闪络放电,零值绝缘子内部流过大的短路电流,引起水泥胶合剂膨胀,造成伞裙炸裂。事故的直接诱因为绝缘子生产质量不良,导致绝缘子劣化速度加快。并提出严格规范绝缘子出厂监造流程,按规程要求进行零值检测等防范措施。
The bursting of the insulator often leads to the occurrence of insulator string drop accident, which seriously affects the safe operation of the grid. Based on the weather and fault conditions, carry out a test analysis of the appearance inspection of the fault insulator and the electrical and material performance concludes that, the direct cause of the insulator bursting accident is that there are low resistance insulators in the insulator string, and the external insulation of the insulator in a rainy environment decline, a flashover discharge occurs, and a strong short-circuit current flows inside the low resistance insulators, causing the cement glue to expand, causing the insulator shed to burst. The fundamental cause of the accident is that the quality of the insulator production is poor, causing the insulator deteriorating rapidly. Combined with the cause of the accident and the analysis of the cause of aging of ceramic insulators, corresponding suggestions and preventive measures are proposed.
