摘要
目标导向型基础研究具有战略性、前瞻性和长期性的特点,如何实现目标导向型基础研究的"全链条设计,一体化部署",对促进基础研究与技术创新和产品研发的衔接具有重要意义。基于对目标导向型基础研究的特点和研究路径的分析,提出了"全链条设计,一体化部署"要求下基础研究的管理措施建议。
The goal oriented basic research is strategic, forward-looking and long-term as its characteristics. How to achieve the “Complete-chain design and integrated deployment of the goal oriented basic research is of great significance to promote the convergence of basic research and technological innovation and product R&D. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and research path of the goal-oriented basic research, the management measures for the basic research under the requirement of “Complete-chain design and integrated deployment” are proposed.
