摘要
利用介质阻挡放电(DBD)低温等离子体发射光谱分析法,结合氢化物发生进样方式,建立了一种简单、快速、绿色的痕量汞的非色谱形态分析方法。利用不同形态的汞在介质阻挡放电中发射光谱的差异,通过253.7nm处汞的发射线定量总汞含量,自由基CN的特征发射线定量甲基汞,再通过差减法计算出无机汞含量,实现了简单、廉价、快速、绿色的汞的非色谱形态分析方法。通过该实验的设计与实施锻炼学生科学研究的方法和思维能力。
By using the dielectric barrier discharge(DBD)low temperature plasma emission spectrometry and in combination with the hydride generation sampling method,a simple,rapid and green nonchromatographic speciation analysis method for trace mercury is established.Different forms of mercury are used to launch the spectral difference in the dielectric barrier discharge.The total mercury content is determined by the emission line of Hg at 253.7 nm,and the methyl mercury is quantified by the characteristic emission line of CN.Then the inorganic mercury content is calculated by the subtraction method,and a simple,cheap,fast and green non-chromatographic speciation analysis method for mercury is realized.Through this design and implementation of the experiment,students’ scientific research method and thinking ability are trained.
