摘要
建筑工程项目施工阶段的工程造价是业主和承包商工程造价管理的中心,对施工阶段工程造价的风险进行识别和有效控制尤为重要。本文运用ISM相关理论构建了建筑工程施工阶段造价风险因素结构模型,并结合物元分析法对项目存在的风险进行评估,最终实例验证了该模型的可行性,为工程造价工作者提供了全面的风险评估依据。
The construction cost of the construction phase is theengineering management center of the owners and contractors.It is especially important to identify and effectively control the risk of the project construction cost. This paper uses the ISM related theory to construct the structural model of cost risk factors in the construction phase,and combines the matter-element analysis method to evaluate the construction cost risk. The final example verifies the feasibility of the model. It provides a comprehensive risk assessment basis for engineering cost workers.
