Research on practice teaching system of Property Management specialty from perspective of “Internet+”

物业管理专业作为应用型专业,实践教学是其人才培养的重要环节。随着"互联网+"技术在物业管理过程中的日益普及,对学生实践能力培养的内容、形式、渠道等方面都需要进行相应的改革与创新。依托"互联网+"构建起的实践教学体系,既有助于资源整合,提升实践教学效果,也有助于打破时空界限,对校企协同实践教学的构建提供新的思路。

As an applied specialty, the practice teaching is an important link in the talent training of the Property Management specialty. With the increasing popularity of “Internet+” technology in property management, there is the need to reform and innovate the content, forms and channels of students’ practical ability training. Based on the “Internet+” construction of practical teaching system, it not only helps the resource integration, enhances the effectiveness of practical teaching, but also helps to break the boundaries of time and space, and provides new ideas for the construction of university-enterprise coordinative practice teaching.
