摘要
以广东工业大学为例,以实验室与设备管理处的采购业务量为切入点,该文深入调研了2012—2017年学校投入到实验室建设的资金状况,着重从整体业务量、个体业务量、环节业务量三个层面的多项统计数据分析进入高水平大学建设周期前后实验室建设管理部门的工作负荷增长状况,提出了创建抗压型实验室管理流程的策略,用详实的数据分析为高水平大学建设背景下实验室建设提供了重要的决策依据。
By taking Guangdong University of Technology as an example and taking the purchasing volume of the Department of Laboratory and Equipment Management as the starting point, this paper makes an in-depth investigation on the funds invested by the university in the construction of the laboratories from 2012 to 2017. Emphasis is laid on the analysis of the workload growth of laboratory construction management departments before and after entering the construction cycle of high-level universities from the three aspects of the overall business volume, individual business volume and link business volume, and the strategies for establishing the management process of pressure-resistant laboratories are put forward. The detailed data analysis provides the important decision-making basis for laboratory construction under the background of the high-level university construction.
