加强高校重点实验室建设,充分利用重点实验室开展科技合作的优势经验,使创新型人才的创新渠道更为通畅。高校通过多种人才培养模式,为创新型人才提供条件与保障,最终努力把重点实验室打造成为高校创新型人才培养和科研团队建设的"人才摇篮"。
