基于多目标和单配送中心的冷链物流配送路径优化研究——以川渝地区某公司冷链物流配送为例

随着生活水平的提高,居民对食品安全及品质的要求越来越高,优质快捷的冷链就显得十分重要。但当前我国制冷技术仍有缺陷,单位时间制冷成本很高,不合理的线路使得配送时间过长。为了提高冷链质量,文章把时间作为主要目标,成本作为次要目标,以川渝地区某公司冷链物流配送为例,建立路径优化模型,并设计遗传算法求解。优化后路径有效地降低了该公司冷链配送时间和成本,提高了该公司冷链效率。

With the improvement of living standards, the demand for food safety and quality of residents is getting higher and higher. But at present, there are still some defects in refrigeration technology in China. The cost of refrigeration at unit time is very high, and unreasonable routes make the delivery time too long. In order to improve the quality of cold chain, this study takes time as the main goal and costs as a secondary goal. Taking the cold chain logistics distribution of a company in Sichuan and Chongqing as an example, a path optimization model is established and a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem. The optimized path effectively reduces the time and cost of the cold chain delivery and improves the cold chain efficiency of the company.
