摘要
为解决物流产业效率评价的复杂性,从系统的角度,将物流产业视作一个与外部环境实时交互的资源转换系统,通过粗糙集完成投入—产出指标的遴选与评价体系的构建;结合DEA方法和RS各自的特点构建了物流产业系统效率评价DEA-RS混合模型,并采用该模型对全国各区域的物流产业系统效率进行评价,并提出相应的对策与建议。研究表明,该方法是合理的、切实可行的,能为地方物流产业的发展与升级提供依据。
In order to solve the complexity of efficiency evaluation of logistics industry, from the perspective of system, the logistics industry is regarded as a resource conversion system that interacts with the external environment in real time. The selection and evaluation system of input-output indicators is completed through rough set;combined with DEA based on the characteristics of the method and RS, the DEA-RS hybrid model of logistics industry system efficiency evaluation is constructed. The model is used to evaluate the efficiency of logistics industry system in various regions of the country and propose corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. Research shows that the method is reasonable and feasible, and can provide a basis for the development and upgrading of the local logistics industry.
