摘要
文章从应急物流的基本概念及特性出发,分析应急物流与一般商业物流存在较大差异性,阐述应急物流不同于一般商业物流所涉及的关键技术和物流系统运作流程,提出了应急物流体系研究的必要性,以及应急物流中心选址与配送路径选择的关键性,在此基础上构建基于模糊层次分析法的应急物流中心选址模型,并建立了灾害过程中应急物资配送路径优化模型,最后利用案例解析证明模型的可靠性。
This paper starts from the basic concept and char acteristics of emergency logistics, and analyze the difference between emergency logistics and general commercial logistics, expounds the key technology of emergency logistics and the operation flow of emergency logistics system, then, the necessity of the study of emergency logistics system and the selection of location and distribution path of emergency logistics center are put forward, the analysis based on fuzzy hierarchy established location stratification of emergency logistics center model, and established the optimization model of emergency material distribution in disaster, finally, the reliability of the model is proved by case analysis.
