欠发达地区电子商务创业型人才培养改革探索与实践

Reform Exploration and Practice of E-commerce Entrepreneurial Talents Cultivation in Underdeveloped Regions

在互联网经济高速发展的大背景下,电子商务为大学生创业创造了大量的机会。但是在经济欠发达地区,作为电子商务人才培养的主阵地,不少高职院校仍然存在教育理念落后、系统性创业课程体系缺乏、产业基础薄弱、创业资源匮乏等问题。从欠发达地区高职院校的实践经验出发,提出基于地方产业资源和校企合作的电子商务创业型人才培养新模式。

Under the major background of rapid development of internet economy, e-commerce has created plentiful chances for innovative undertakings of college students. However, in economically underdeveloped regions, such problems as backward educational ideology, lack of systematic entrepreneurial curriculum, weak industrial foundation, and shortage of entrepreneurial resources etc. still exist in quite a few colleges/universities, which are the main battle field for cultivation of e-commerce talents. This article has proposed, starting from the viewing point of practical experience of Nanning College for Vocational Technology, a new mode for e-commerce entrepreneurial talents cultivation based on local industrial resources and college-enterprise cooperation.
