创新创业背景下高职院校深化产教融合路径探析

A Probe into the Path to Deepen Industry-Education Integration of Higher Vocational Colleges Under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

产教融合是高职教育培养人才的重要途径,高职院校为了践行"大众创业,万众创新",应当构建适应于创新创业背景下的深化产教融合、校企合作路径。针对高职院校产教融合的整体结构性、开放合作性、统筹需求性、产学研创一体性等特点,在分析高职院校深化产教融合面临的缺少研习、忽视协同、轻视创新、缺失激励与评价四点困境的基础上,提出创新创业背景下高职院校深化产教融合的路径:解读支持政策,完善产教融合体系;强化企业作用,建立企业主导模式;协同院校发展,推进人才培养改革;平衡产教供需,促进无缝对接,为今后高职院校深化产教融合提供基础。

Industry-education integration is an important way for talents cultivation in higher vocational education institutions which, for practice and implementation of the Initiative of Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation, should constitute a new path for deepening industry-education integration and college-enterprise cooperation that adapts to the present background of innovation and entrepreneurship. In allusion to characteristics of industry-education integration in higher vocational colleges on such aspects as integral structure, opening and cooperation, demand of overall planning and all-in-one of industry-education-research-innovation, and on the basis of analyzing the four dilemmas that the deepening of industry-education integration in higher vocational education institutions is facing, i.e. lack of study and research, negligence of synergy, despising innovation and lack of stimulation and evaluation, this article has proposed that the path to deepen the industry-education integration is: interpreting the supporting policies, completing the system for industry-education integration, strengthening functions of the enterprises, building a mode that enterprises are at the dominant place, developing in collaboration with colleges/universities, promoting reform of talent cultivation, balancing demand & supply of/for industry/education, and boosting seamless docking, thus to lay a foundation for future deepening of industry-education integration in higher vocational education institutions.
