催化剂对聚醚改性硅油消泡剂性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以三氟乙酸为催化剂,在一定条件下用聚醚对低含氢硅油进行接枝改性,制得兼具有机硅消泡剂和聚醚消泡剂优点的改性消泡剂。分析催化剂三氟乙酸的用量对改性消泡剂性能的影响。结果表明,当催化剂三氟乙酸质量分数为0.2%,接枝改性温度110℃,改性时间2 h,低含氢硅油与聚醚(GPE)的配比为15∶1时,制得的消泡剂的消泡效果最好。且红外光谱分析结果表明,聚醚链段接枝在低含氢硅油的分子结构中。 With trifluoroacetic acid as the catalyst,low hydrogen polyether modified silicone graft was performed to obtain the modified defoamer,which shares the common advantages of the silicone and the polyether defoamers. This paper studies the effect of catalyst dosage on the performance of the modified defoamer. The results indicate that when the dosage of catalyst trifluoroacetic acid is 0.2%,the grafting modification temperature 110 ℃,the modification time 2 h,the ratio of low hydrogen silicon oil and polyether(GPE) 15∶1,the defoaming effect is the best. The modified defoaming agent was qualitatively analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,indicating that the polyether chain was grafted onto low hydrogen silicone oil.
