摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是由关节软骨"磨损"引起的进行性、退行性疾病,T2-star-mapping(T2*图)是一种相对较新的评估关节软骨组成的方法,与其他MR生理成像技术相比,T2*图具有成像速度快、图像分辨率高和能够进行各向同性三维(3D)软骨评估的优点,从而提供更大的空间分辨率和完整的关节面覆盖。这对早期发现OA和全面评估OA的进展至关重要。文章描述T2*图成像技术的原理,并对此技术在OA研究中的应用进展予以综述。
Osteoarthritis (OA) is a progressive and degenerative disease caused by wear and tear of articular cartilage. T2-star-mapping (T2* map) is a relatively new method to evaluate the composition of articular cartilage. Compared with other MR physiological imaging techniques,T2* map has the advantages of fast imaging speed,high image resolution and isotropic three-dimensional (3D) cartilage evaluation,thus providing greater value. Spatial resolution and complete articular coverage. This is essential for early detection of OA and for a comprehensive assessment of the progress of OA. This paper describes the principle of T2* imaging technology and summarizes its application in OA research.
