目的:探讨住院病人"生活服务一卡通"实施的过程与价值。方法:通过一卡通实施过程及应用总结,分析一卡通在住院病人生活中的价值。结果:住院病人"生活服务一卡通",实现集门禁、洗澡、陪护、包伙、点餐、院内超市购物和停车等业务项目于一体,为病人提供了住院期间非医疗项目一卡通行功能。结论:住院病人"生活服务一卡通"是一条安全、方便住院病人医疗以外的整体的服务链,值得开发应用。

Objective:To discuss the process and value of implementation of Life-Service-One card solution of inpatients.Methods:The Life-Service-One card solution of inpatients was put into effect and analyzed to analyse the value of it in the inpatients'life.Results:the Life-Service-One card solution of inpatients gathered entrance guard,bathing,chaperonage,catering,ordering,shopping in hospital supermarket and parking in one.It provided the function of uniting un-medical projects of inpatients.Conclusion:the Life-Service-One card solution of inpatients was a safe and convenient service chain of uniting un-medical projects of inpatients.It was worth being applied.
