门急诊输液采用优化输液流程的安全性分析

Safety Analysis of optimal Infusion procedure for outpatient and Emergency Infusion

目的:分析和研究门急诊患者应用优化输液流程的安全性。方法:选取接受门急诊输液治疗的100例患者为研究对象,按照患者接受输液方法的不同分为实验组和对照组,实验组50例患者接受优化输液流程治疗,对照组50例患者接受常规输液流程治疗,对比不同输液治疗所发生的医疗差错、药品损耗以及患者的满意度评分。结果:实验组所发生的医疗差错、药品的损耗情况及患者满意度明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于门急诊患者应用优化输液流程可以大大减少治疗过程中的医疗差错发生、药品的损耗情况,同时可以大大提高患者的满意度,临床上值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze and study the clinical safety of optimal infusion for outpatient and emergency patients.Methods:100 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different transfusion methods.50 patients in experimental group were treated with optimized infusion procedure.In the control group,50 patients were treated with routine infusion procedure,and the scores of medical errors,drug loss and patients'satisfaction were compared.Results:the medical errors and the loss of drugs in the experimental group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:optimal infusion therapy for outpatient and emergency patients can greatly reduce the occurrence of medical errors and decrease the loss of drugs in the course of infusion therapy,and at the same time,it can greatly improve the satisfaction of patients.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
