肩三针治疗肩周炎的有效性及作用机制研究

Efficacy and mechanism of shoulder three needles in treating scapulohumeral periarthritis

目的:探讨肩周炎患者应用肩三针治疗的临床效果及作用机制。方法:选自辽宁中医药大学治疗的肩周炎患者60例,根据患者所采用的治疗方法进行分组,观察组患者进行肩三针针刺治疗,对照组患者用推拿牵引方法进行治疗,采用VAS评分和ADL评分对患者治疗前后疼痛程度及生活能力情况进行评价。根据《中医病症诊断疗效标准》对治疗效果进行评价。结果:在治疗后观察组患者VAS评分和ADL评分均低于对照组,组间比较数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于肩周炎的治疗肩三针治疗安全有效,较容易被患者接受,值得在临床中推广。

Objective:To study and analyze the clinical effect and mechanism of shoulder three-needle therapy in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:60 cases of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Treated in hospital were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The observation group was treated with shoulder three-needle acupuncture,while the control group was treated with massage and traction.VAS and ADL were used to evaluate the pain degree and living ability of the patients before and after treatment.Evaluate the situation.The therapeutic effect was evaluated according to the criteria for diagnosis and treatment of TCM diseases.Results:After treatment,the VAS and ADL scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis with three needles is safe and effective,easy to be accepted by patients,and it is worth promoting in clinical practice.
