耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜应用于鼓膜修补中的价值研究

To study the value of cartilage-perichondrium auricularis under ear endoscope in tympanic membrane repair

目的:探讨耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜应用于鼓膜穿孔患者的鼓膜修补治疗效果。方法:选择某医院收治的52例鼓膜穿孔患者进行研究,按照随机化的原则将其分为甲、乙两组(各26例),甲组给予耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补治疗,而乙组则施以传统显微镜下颞肌筋膜鼓膜修补治疗。分别实施治疗后,对患者的症状减轻程度及不良事件发生率进行比较。结果:甲组患者症状减轻有效率显著高于乙组,甲组患者不良事件发生率低于乙组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对鼓膜穿孔患者施用耳内镜下耳屏软骨-软骨膜修补治疗,可以有效减轻患者临床症状,减少不良事件发生率,值得推广使用。

Objective:To observe the effect of cartilage-perichondrium auricularis under ear endoscope in tympanic membrane repair in tympanic membrane perforation patients.Methods:52 cases of tympanic membrane perforation patients were admitted in hospital were selected in this study,According to the principle of randomization divided into the group A,group B,(26 cases in each group),the group A was treated with cartilageperichondrium auricularis under ear endoscope,while the group B was treated with temporal myofascial tympanic membrane under traditional microscopical repair.After treatment,compared the relief degree of symptoms and the incidence of adverse events of the two groups.Results:The effective rate of symptom relief in group A was significant higher than the group B.The incidence of adverse events in group A was lower than group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For tympanic membrane perforation patients,cartilage-perichondrium auricularis under ear endoscope in tympanic membrane repair can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the incidence of adverse events,it's worth popularizing.
