综合性护理干预在老年性脑血栓患者中的应用

The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in senile cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨综合性护理干预在老年性脑血栓患者中的应用价值。方法:选取某医院就诊的84例老年性脑血栓患者,随机分为两组(n=42)。研究组患者接受综合性护理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理,对比应用效果。结果:研究组患者焦虑(SAS)抑郁(SDS)评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年性脑血栓病患行综合性护理干预可缓解负面情绪,改善生活质量,减少不良事件,可推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the value of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with senile cerebral thrombosis.Methods:84 patients with senile cerebral thrombosis admitted to hospital were randomly divided into two groups of 42 patients.Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in the study group and routine nursing was used in the control group.Results:the team anxiety(SAS)in patients with depression(SDS)score lower than the control group,the quality of life scores higher than that of control group,the incidence of adverse events is lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention for senile patients with cerebral thrombosis can alleviate negative emotions,improve quality of life,reduce adverse events,and be widely used.
