小型猪不停跳冠脉旁路移植模型建立初探

摘要 目的:通过巴马小型猪冠状动脉旁路移植术实验,探索建立稳定的不停跳冠脉搭桥术及其术后血管增生实验模型,为研究冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)术后桥血管的再狭窄奠定扎实的理论及实践基础。方法:采用简单随机抽样法抽取30头巴马小型猪;采用模拟法建立巴马小型猪不停跳冠脉旁路移植模型;采用对照观察法探析移植静脉的再狭窄情况。结果:样本选取、麻醉、温度、容量控制等技术问题导致巴马小型猪死亡8头,死亡率为26.7%;所有经不停跳冠状动脉旁路移植术后的巴马猪存活率高达73.3%。结论:利用小型巴马猪建立不停跳冠脉搭桥模型具备一定的可行性及可重复性,但其稳定性有待进一步探析。 Objective:Through the Bama miniature pig coronary artery bypass grafting experiment,explore the establishment of the stable experimental model of off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and postoperative vascular proliferation,and to lay a solid theoretical and practical foundation for the study of restenosis of bypass grafting after CABG.Methods:A total of 30 Bama miniature pigs were selected by simple random sampling method.The model of Bama miniature pig off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting was established by simulation method.The restenosis of graft vein was analyzed by contrast observation method.Results:The technical problems such as sample selection,anesthesia,temperature and rehydration control led to the death of 8 Bama miniature pigs,with a mortality rate of 26.7%.The survival rate of all Bama miniature pigs after off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting was as high as 73.3%.Conclusion:It is feasible and reproducible to establish a off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting model using Bama miniature pigs.However,its stability needs to be further explored.
