静脉用药的药品说明书给药途径的研究

目的:对静脉用药的药品说明书给药途径的研究进行分析。方法:以医院所用80份静脉药品说明书为研究目标,依据说明书中"注射""滴注"等内容,开展分类统计,查询相关内容并进行核对。结果:药品说明书中"静脉注射"给药途径指代不清;31份"静脉注射"药品说明书中,也可以分类为"静脉注射"为单指静脉注射,无静脉滴注;"静脉注射"指静脉给药,存在静脉注射和静脉滴注。结论:厂家对"静脉注射"理解差异性较大,危险性提升,药品监管部门以及制药企业需对职责进行明确,完善药品说明书,更好地服务于临床。另外在用药配置中,需依据说明书观测溶媒是否恰当,对配伍禁忌以及用药量数进行了解,以保障患者安全。

Objective:To analyze the study of drug delivery routes for intravenous drug use.Methods:The 80 intravenous drug manuals used in our hospital were selected as research targets.According to the contents of"injection"and"drip"in the manual,the classification statistics were carried out,and relevant contents were checked.Results:The"intravenous"route of administration in the drug label refers to unclear;31"intravenous"drug instructions can also be classified as"intravenous"for single-finger intravenous injection,no intravenous drip;"Intravenous"refers to intravenous administration,with intravenous and intravenous drip.Conclusion:The manufacturers'understanding of"intravenous injection"is quite different,and the risk is improved.The drug regulatory authorities and pharmaceutical companies need to clarify their responsibilities,improve the drug specifications,and better serve the clinic.In addition,in the medication configuration,it is necessary to observe whether the solvent is appropriate according to the instructions,and to understand the compatibility contraindications and the amount of medication to ensure patient safety.
