教学信息系统在实习生临床实践教学管理中的实证研究 被引量:2

An Empirical Study on the Management of Education Information System in Interns' Clinical Practice Teaching

摘要 目的:开发利用教学信息系统用于实习生临床实践教学管理,提升临床教学质量。方法:采用横断面现况调查,分析医院在制定实习任务和临床科室带教任务清单并利用教学信息系统进行管理后,其临床实践教学管理成效、教学互评满意度等指标。结果:医院临床实践教学督查成绩、临床科室对实习生学习、工作情况评分及学生对临床科室教学情况评分均逐年提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:医学院校应围绕教学目标,充分利用信息管理手段,提升临床实践教学质量。 Objective:Develop and utilize education information system in the clinical practice teaching management of interns to improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.Methods:Use cross-sectional status survey,and analyze the hospital's clinical practice teaching management effectiveness,teaching mutual evaluation satisfaction and other indicators after the internship task and clinical department teaching task list are developed and managed by information system.Results:The clinical practice teaching supervision results of the hospital,the clinical department's scores on the intern study,the work situation and the students'evaluation of the clinical department teaching are increasing year by year,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Medical colleges and hospitals should focus on the teaching objectives,take full advantage of information management tools,and improve the quality of clinical practice teaching.
