针对性护理在小儿肺炎护理中的效果观察

Effect observation of targeted nursing in pediatric pneumonia care

目的:探讨小儿肺炎护理工作中应用针对性护理的效果及价值。方法:选择收治的100例小儿肺炎患儿作为目标对象,以信封法分组,对照组患儿采取常规护理,观察组患儿则增加实施针对性护理服务,各50例。结果:观察组患儿各项指标都显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿肺炎患儿实施针对性护理服务有助于尽快改善患儿临床症状,降低并发症发生率,提高患儿的康复速度及患儿家属对护理服务的满意率,应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the effect and value of targeted nursing in nursing care of children with pneumonia.Methods:100 children with pneumonia were divided into groups by envelope method,the control group adopted routine nursing,and the observation group increased the implementation of targeted nursing service,each 50 cases.Results:all the indexes in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:the implementation of targeted nursing care for children with pneumonia is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of children as soon as possible,to reduce the incidence of complications,to improve the rate of recovery and to the satisfaction rate of the care service of the children's families.The application effect is remarkable,and it is worth popularizing.
