血液感染非O1群和非O139群霍乱弧菌1例的报告

Report of 1 case of non O1 group non O139 group Vibrio cholerae infected by blood

对某医院1例肝硬化病史患者血液培养中分离培养出的菌株进行细菌鉴定,质谱分析和K-B法进行药物敏感性试验。经梅里埃ATB-NEW半自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定为霍乱弧菌,鉴定编码为016052符合率为97.9%,T值1.0,由梅里埃VITEK?MS质谱仪鉴定为霍乱弧菌Vibrio cholerae置信度99.9。血清学凝集试验结果为非O1群和非O139群霍乱弧菌,对临床常用抗生素敏感。

Bacterial identification of strains isolated from blood culture in a patient with a history of liver cirrhosis in hospital,mass spectrometry and K-B method were used to test drug sensitivity.The strain was identified as vibrio cholerae by Meriel atb-new semi-automatic bacteria identification instrument,the biological code is 0164xx whose compliance rate was 97.9%,T value was 1.0,which was identified by Merrie VITEKMS mass spectrometer as Vibrio cholerae cholerae whose confidence was 99.9.It was vibrio cholerae of non-O1 group and non-O139 group that was determined by serological agglutination,which is sensitive to commonly used antibiotics.
