品管圈在提高喉癌首次气管切开患者家居护理中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle in Enhancing Home Care of Laryngeal Cancer Patients Undergoing Tracheotomy Cannula

目的:探讨品管圈在提高喉癌患者家居护理知晓率中的应用效果。方法:调查2016年12月-2017年9月期间喉癌气管切开佩戴套管出院患者的家居护理知识知晓率。2016年12月-2017年4月QCC活动实施前28例为对照组,2017年5月-2017年9月QCC活动实施后28例为实验组。观察比较QCC干预前后患者家居护理知晓率。结果:患者对知晓套管佩戴类型、清洗消毒内套管次数、造口皮肤清洁等共计17项内容知晓率明显提高,对照组气管切开患者家居护理知晓率为40.3%,实验组的知晓率为90.3%;对照组气管切开患者出院满意度为70%,实验组的满意度为100%,实验组患者家居套管知识知晓率及出院满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:开展QCC活动显著提高气管切开患者家居护理知识知晓率,有效减少患者家居护理并发症发生,提高患者住院满意度,显著提高护理人员团队意识能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of quality control circle(QC)in improving the awareness rate of home care of laryngeal cancer patients.Methods:From December 2016 to September 2017,the awareness rate of home nursing knowledge of patients discharged from hospital with tracheotomy cannula for laryngeal cancer was investigated.From December 2016 to April 2017,the former 28 persons were the control group and the latter 28 persons were the experimental group.The awareness rate of home care before and after QCC intervention was observed and compared.Results:The awareness rate of 17 items such as wearing type of sleeve,times of cleaning and disinfecting inner sleeve,skin cleaning of stoma was significantly improved.The awareness rate of household nursing in the control group was 40.3%,that in the experimental group was 90.3%,that in the control group was 70%,and that in the experimental group was 70%.The awareness rate of household casing knowledge and discharging satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:QCC activities can significantly improve the awareness rate of home nursing knowledge of patients with tracheotomy,effectively reduce the occurrence of complications of patients with home nursing,improve patients'satisfaction with hospitalization,and significantly improve the team awareness of nursing staff.
