176例社区原发性高血压患者的流行病学调查及病因分析

Epidemiological investigation and etiology analysis of 176 patients with essential hypertension in the community

目的:调查社区原发性高血压(EH)患者的流行病学,分析其病因。方法:以社区为单位,采用等概率整群抽样法调查700例成年居民,测量受检者血压,记录受检者基本信息,包括性别、年龄、饮食习惯、家族史、锻炼情况等。统计700例受检者EH患病情况,分析EH患病危险因素,并提供相关防治措施。结果:700例受检者中有176例患EH,患病率为25.14%;不同年龄段、家族史及是否嗜盐、抽烟、酗酒的受检者EH患病率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析,高血压家族史、嗜盐、抽烟、酗酒为EH患病危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:EH患病率达25.14%,年龄升高、高血压家族史、嗜盐、抽烟、酗酒等是引发EH的危险因素。

Objective:To investigate the epidemiology of patients with essential hypertension(EH)in the community and analyze its etiology.Methods:A community survey was conducted to survey 700 elderly residents by equal probability cluster sampling.The blood pressure of the subjects was measured and the basic information of the subjects,including gender,age,eating habits,family history,and exercise status,were recorded.The prevalence of EH in 700 subjects was analyzed,and the risk factors for EH were analyzed,and relevant prevention and treatment measures were provided.Results:Of the 700 subjects,176 had EH,and the prevalence rate was 25.14%.The prevalence of EH among different age groups,family history,and whether they were halophilic,smoking,or alcohol abuse was significant differences(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis showed that family history of hypertension,halophilicity,smoking,and alcohol abuse were risk factors for EH(P<0.05).Conclusion:The prevalence of EH is 25.14%.The age,family history of hypertension,halophilicity,smoking,alcoholism,etc.are risk factors for EH.
