青藤碱对紫杉醇所致神经病理性疼痛的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的考察青藤碱(SIN)对紫杉醇(PT)诱导的大鼠神经病理性疼痛的抑制作用。方法健康雄性SD大鼠分别用机械刺激仪和热刺激仪测定50%机械缩足反应阈值(MWT)和热缩足潜伏期(TWL)后,腹腔注射PT(10mg/kg),隔天1次,连续4次,诱导神经病理性疼痛模型。第9d腹腔注射SIN(40mg/kg),然后分别于注射SIN前、注射SIN后60、120、180min测定大鼠MWT和TWL。结果 SIN腹腔注射可明显增加大鼠MWT和TWL(P <0. 05),120min时达最大效应。结论 SIN可抑制PT所致的神经病理性疼痛。 Objective To investigate the inhibitory effect of sinomenine on paclitaxel-induced neuropathic pain in rats.Methods The 50% mechanical withdrawal threshold (MWT) and thermal withdrawal latency (TWL)of healthy male SD rats were measured by mechanical tingling apparatus and hot tingling apparatus,respectively.Then the ratswere injected intraperitoneally with paclitaxel (10 mg/kg) once every other day for 4 times to induce a neuropathic pain model.On the 9th day,sinomenine (40 mg/kg) was intraperitoneally injected,and then the MWT and TWL of the rats were measured before the injection of sinomenine and 60,120 and 180 min after administration with sinomenine,respectively.Results Intraperitoneal injection of sinomenine significantly increased MWT and TWL in rats ( P<0.05),and reached the maximum effect at 120 minafter administration with sinomenine.Conclusion Sinomenine has the potential to prevent neuropathic pain induced by paclitaxel.
