急性胃出血患者的急诊治疗与效果分析

目的分析研究急性胃出血的急诊治疗方法与治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院急诊科收治的306例急性胃出血患者,按照患者及家属的治疗要求将患者分为单纯药物治疗组及胃镜药物治疗组,单纯药物治疗组的患者采用保守药物治疗,胃镜药物治疗组则在单纯药物治疗组的基础上行急诊内镜下止血,分析比较两组患者的出血控制所需时间、住院时间以及治疗总有效率。结果经对比治疗后,胃镜药物治疗组患者的胃出血控制所需时间以及住院治疗时间均明显短于单纯药物治疗组患者,且胃镜药物治疗组患者的治疗总有效率(97. 12%)明显优于单纯药物治疗组患者(84. 43%),差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论对急性胃出血的患者采用急诊胃镜下止血并联合药物治疗可更加有效的控制患者胃出血症状并提高急诊治疗有效率,应在临床上广泛推广应用。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effective of emergency treatment on patients with acute gastric hemorrhage.Methods 306 cases of patients with acute gastric hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed in the emergency department of our hospital.The patients were divided into two groups according to the treatment requirements of the patients and their family members.The patients of simple drug treatment group were reated with conservative therapy and the patients of gastroscopic drug therapy group was performed on the basis of drug therapy plus emergency endoscopic hemostasis.The time needed for hemorrhage control,hospitalization time and total effective rate of treatment were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results The time needed for hemorrhage control and the hospitalization time in gastroscopic drug therapy group were significantly shorter than that of simple drug treatment group.The total effective rate of gastroscopic drug therapy group was significantly better than that of simple drug therapy group were analyzed and compared.The difference was statistically significant between the two groups( P<0.05).Conclusion For the patients of acute stomach bleeding adopt emergency hemostasis under gastroscope and combined drug therapy can more effectively control in patients with stomach bleeding symptoms and improve emergency treatment effective,should be widely applied in clinic.
