大学生群体对通讯网络依赖性强,但防范意识薄弱,个人信息容易泄露,成为网络诈骗犯罪的重要目标。此类通讯网络诈骗案件具有类型多、变化快、犯罪成本低等特点,公安机关在办理该类案件时面临证据收集难、办案成本高等难题,需建立联动机制,创新办案思路,做到以网制网,提高大学生的安全防范意识,加大个人信息保护力度,建立预警监测平台。

College students group's high dependence on communication network and their weak prevention awareness result in easy disclosure of their personal information,thus becoming the vital target for communication network frauds,which are typical of multiple categories,quick changes,and low-cost crimes.The public security organs are faced with troubles in collecting evidence and high case handling costs.Accordingly,efforts need to be made to establish linkage mechanisms,innovate case-handling thinking,make use of network to manage network,improve college students'security awareness,increase efforts to protect personal information and establish early warning monitoring platform.
