清末民初时期广西警察教育研究

Research on Guangxi Police Education in the Late Qing Dynasty and the Period of Early Republic of China

清末民初时期,广西将保甲总局改为省警察总局,开办了以广西高等巡警学堂为代表的近代广西警察教育机构。从最初的警察初级学堂、巡警学堂至广西高等巡警学堂,到警察训练所的开办,可见广西政府为适应广西警政改革和建设的需要,在警察教育、警校建设等方面所作出的努力。这短暂延续了近代广西的警察教育,注意培养和着重训练广西少数民族警政人才,为近代广西警察职业化发展的延续提供了人才保障。

During the late Qing Dynasty and the period of early republic of China in Guangxi,Baojia system administration was changed to police headquarters,thus contributing to establishment of Guangxi higher police academy-represented modern guangxi police education institutions,which experienced initial junior police academy,police academy,Guangxi higher police academy till founding of police training centres,exposing to us that Guangxi government has been making great efforts to adapt itself to the need of Guangxi police and political reform and construction in terms of police education and police academy construction.As a result,modern guangxi police education was shortly sustained and Guangxi police talents of various ethnic groups were trained,providing guarantee for talents for continuation of Guangxi police vocational development in the modern times.
