摘要
高压联合钢岔管整体结构的合理性对其安全运行至关重要,在钢岔管中间开孔引水满足下游生态需求,联合受力钢岔管势必对超压旁通管受力会产生一定影响。通过3个方案对钢岔管整体受力进行分析,探究钢岔管之间的相互影响。计算结果表明,超压旁通贴边钢岔管开孔尺寸较小,对1#、2#、3#钢岔管整体受力应力影响较小;联合受力钢岔管对超压旁通贴边钢岔管的受力影响较大;整体受力要比单体受力计算结果更大。因此,建议采用联合受力的方式计算分析此种类型的钢岔管,这对整个水电站的安全运行至关重要,以期为水利工程钢岔管设计提供借鉴思路。
The rationality of the overall structure of the high-pressure combined bifurcated pipe is very important for its safe operation. The diversion of water from the middle of the bifurcated pipe meets the ecological needs of the downstream. The combined force on the bifurcated pipe will inevitably have a certain impact on the overpressure by-pass pipe. Through the analysis of the overall force of the steel bifurcated pipe by three schemes, the interaction between the bifurcated pipes is explored. The calculation results show that the smaller hole size of the overpressure by-pass steel bifurcation has less influence on the overall stress of the 1 #, 2 #, 3 # steel bifurcation. The combined force steel bifurcated pipe has great influence on the overpressure bypass welt steel bifurcated pipe. The overall force is larger than that of a single body. Therefore, it is very important for the safe operation of the whole hydropower station to calculate and analyze this kind of steel bifurcation pipe by means of combined force. This provides a reference for the design of steel bifurcated pipe in water conservancy projects.
