宫颈癌术后排尿困难患者针灸治疗效果

Effect of acupuncture treatment on patients with urinary retention after cervical cancer

目的探索针灸对宫颈癌术后排尿困难患者泌尿功能的影响。方法对宝鸡市妇幼保健院119例宫颈癌术后排尿困难患者进行回顾性分析,依据手术方式分为根治术组(70例)和子宫保留组(49例),均接受针灸治疗,另选取同期未接受针灸治疗的根治术后排尿困难患者70例为对照组,评价患者治疗后泌尿功能、临床疗效和膀胱残余尿量等相关指标。结果经过针灸治疗后,两组患者均有很好的临床疗效,且子宫保留组明显好于根治术组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。在排尿功能上,子宫保留组明显好于根治术组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者残余尿量组内比较,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗后组间比较,子宫保留组明显好于根治术组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。3组患者自主排尿时间统计,针灸治疗两组患者自主排尿时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t根=8.867,t保留=14.436,P <0.05)。针灸治疗的子宫保留组又明显好于根治术组,差异有统计学意义(t=10.302,P=0.000)。结论针灸能够明显改善宫颈癌术后排尿困难患者泌尿功能、降低膀胱残余尿量,提高患者临床疗效,缩短自主排尿功能时间,值得临床广泛应用。

Objective To study the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on urinary function of patients with cervical cancer after operation.Methods 189 cases of cervical cancer patients with urinary retention after operation were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into radical operation group(70 cases)and uterine retention group(49 cases).All patients received acupuncture and moxibustion treatment.The urinary function changes,clinical efficacy and residual urine volume of bladder were evaluated.Seventy patients who underwent radical resection of urine during the same period were selected as the control group.Results After the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,good clinical effect was observed in both groups,and a better effect was in the uterine retention group than in the radical operation group(P<0.05).The urination function was better in the uterine retention group than in the radical operation group(P<0.05).The residual urine volume in the both groups were decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);and the residual urine volume in the uterine retention group was less than that in the radical operation group(P<0.05).Totally,the effect of acupuncture in uterine retention group was better than that in radical operation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion can improve the urinary function of patients with cervical cancer after operation,reduce the residual urine volume of bladder,improve the clinical efficacy of patients,shorten the time of autonomous urination function.Acupuncture and moxibustion is worthy of wide clinical application.
