优泌林联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病治疗研究

Study on the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes with Euphorbia Combined with Metformin

目的研究在2型糖尿病治疗中优泌林联合二甲双胍的应用效果。方法在该院收治的所有2型糖尿病患者中随机选出74例(均为2017年3月—2018年3月期间)作为此次研究对象,严格遵循随机分组原则将患者分为接受二甲双胍治疗的对照组(37例)与接受优泌林联合二甲双股治疗的观察组(37例),评估两组疗效与记录治疗前后生化指标水平与治疗后并发症发生情况。结果在疗效比较上,观察组较对照组优越(97.30%>67.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时,观察组血糖指标水平改善效果较对照组理想,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并且对比两组并发症发生率对比发现观察组较对照组低(8.11%<27.03%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将优泌林联合二甲双胍作为2型糖尿病患者的治疗方案,可显著稳定患者血糖,故具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of eucalyptus combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 74 patients(all from March 2017 to March 2018)were randomly selected from all patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital.The patients were divided into metformin treatment according to the principle of randomization:the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(37 cases)treated with metformin combined with metformin were used to evaluate the efficacy of the two groups and to record the biochemical indicators before and after treatment and the post-treatment complications.Results In the comparison of curative effect,the observation group was superior to the control group(97.30%>67.57%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At the same time,the improvement effect of blood glucase in the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group was lower than the control group of the complications(8.11%<27.03%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Uberin combined with metformin as a treatment for patients with type 2 diabetes can significantly stabilize the blood glucose of patients,so it has a high clinical value.
