摘要
目的研究应用Cys-C、hs-CRP、TRF联合检测早期糖尿病肾病的诊断价值。方法选取2017年3月—2018年3月间来该院接受治疗的早期糖尿病肾病患者30例作为该次研究的实验对象,称为早期DN组;同时在同时间段在该院接受治疗的糖尿病患者中挑选30例患者参与这次的实验研究,称为单纯DM组;另外在同时期选30名健康人群作为对照组,3组都同时检测Cys-C、hs-CRP以及TRF的相关水平,观察其检测结果并对其做出评价。结果经过实验研究可知,单纯DM组和早期DN组的Cys-C、hs-CRP水平都要明显高于对照组,TRF水平要明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而且早期DN组的Cys-C、hs-CRP水平还要显著高于单纯DM组,TRF水平要明显低于DM组(P<0.05)。另外还可以知道,在早期DN组患者的检测中,联合检测的检出率要显著高于单项检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论由此可知,应用Cys-C、hs-CRP、TRF联合检测早期糖尿病肾病可以为疾病的诊断提供依据,让患者做到及早诊断,及早治疗,是检测早期糖尿病肾病的重要指标,因此,可以在临床检测中大力推广。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of Cys-C,hs-CRP and TRF in early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 30 patients with early diabetic nephropathy who were treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the experimental subjects of this study,which were called early DN group.At the same time,in our hospital,30 patients were selected to participate in this experimental study,referred to as the DM group alone.In addition,30 healthy people were selected as the control group at the same time,and the three groups were simultaneously tested for the relevant levels of Cys-C,hs-CRP and TRF.Observe the results of the test and evaluate it.Results According to the experimental study,the levels of Cys-C and hs-CRP in the DM group and the early DN group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the TRF level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);and Cys-C and hs-CRP in the early DN group were significantly higher than those of the DM group alone.The TRF level was significantly lower than that of the DM group(P<0.05).In addition,it can be known that in the early detection of DN patients,the detection rate of combined detection was significantly higher than the single detection rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can be seen that the combination of Cys-C,hs-CRP and TRF to detect early diabetic nephropathy can provide a basis for the diagnosis of the disease,allowing patients to diagnose early and treat early.It is an important indicator for detecting early diabetic nephropathy,which can be greatly promoted in clinical testing.
