左卡尼汀在心力衰竭合并糖尿病治疗中的效果研究

Effect of L-carnitine in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Diabetes

目的探讨左卡尼汀治疗心力衰竭合并糖尿病的效果。方法选取该科2017年8月—2018年8月收治的心力衰竭合并糖尿病患者154例,随机分为两组各77例,对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予左卡尼汀,比较两组疗效。结果观察组有效率占总数90.9%,显著优于对照组75.3%(P<0.05);两组LVEF、FPG、LVESD比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左卡尼汀治疗心力衰竭合并糖尿病,能有效改善心肌细胞能量代谢,促进心功能恢复,控制血糖水平。

Objective To investigate the effect of L-carnitine in the treatment of heart failure with diabetes.Methods A total of 154 patients with heart failure and diabetes mellitus admitted to our department from August 2017 to August 2018 were randomly divided into two groups:77 patients each.The control group received routine treatment.The observation group was given L-carnitine on the basis of the control group,compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 90.9%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(75.3%)(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in LVEF,FPG and LVESD between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion L-carnitine in the treatment of heart failure with diabetes can effectively improve myocardial cell energy metabolism,promote cardiac function recovery and control blood glucose levels.
