病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者的观察及护理

Observation and Nursing of Patients with Viral Hepatitis Complicated with Diabetes

目的研究病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者的观察及护理效果。方法将该科2016年10月—2017年10月收入的50例病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病患者进行研究,根据护理方式的不同分为两组,均25例,其中对照组实施常规护理措施,研究组实施干预措施,对比两组患者治疗前后肝功能及血糖控制情况。结果护理干预前两组患者肝功能指标无明显变化(P>0.05),经过护理干预后研究组优于对照组,研究组满意度92.00%显著高于对照组72.00%,研究组血糖控制率96.00%明显高于对照组76.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对病毒性肝炎合并糖尿病的患者采取有效的护理干预措施,能够有效改善患者的肝功能,将血糖控制在正常范围内,值得应用。

Objective To study the observation and nursing effect of patients with viral hepatitis and diabetes.Methods A total of 50 patients with viral hepatitis and diabetes admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled in the study.According to the different nursing methods,25 patients were divided into two groups each.The control group implemented routine nursing measures and the research group implemented interventions,compared between liver function and glycemic control before and after treatment in the two groups.Results There was no significant change in liver function indexes between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).After the nursing intervention,the study group was superior to the control group.The satisfaction rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 72.00%.The blood glucose control rate of the study group was 96.00%,significantly higher than the control group 76.00%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients with viral hepatitis and diabetes can effectively improve the liver function of patients and control blood glucose within the normal range,which is worthy of application.
