妊娠期糖尿病血糖控制对妊娠结局的影响探讨

The Effect of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus on Blood Glucose Control on Pregnancy Outcome

目的观察控制妊娠期糖尿病(gestational diabetes mellitus,GDM)产妇血糖水平对妊娠结局的影响。方法纳入2016年7月—2017年6月该院GDM患者74例作为该次研究对象,将74例患者按照随机排列法,划分为血糖控制组37例患者,血糖控制非正常组37例患者,同时选取37名健康患者作为观察组,分别实施常规护理、综合护理和针对性护理干预,比较3组患者羊水过多、生殖道感染、产后出血、妊娠期高血压并发症发生情况。结果血糖控制非正常组患者羊水过多、生殖道感染、产后出血、妊娠期高血压并发症发生情况明显高于血糖控制组和观察组,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论控制血糖对GDM患者妊娠结局的影响效果较好,具有临床广泛使用意义。

Objective To observe the effect of maternal blood glucose levels on pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods From July 2016 to June 2017,74 patients with GDM in our hospital were enrolled in this study.74 patients were divided into 37 patients with glycemic control group and 37 patients with abnormal glycemic control according to random arrangement.At the same time,37 healthy patients were selected as observation group,and routine nursing,comprehensive nursing and targeted nursing intervention were performed respectively.The oligohydramnios,reproductive tract infection,postpartum hemorrhage and complications of hypertensive complications in pregnancy were compared between the three groups.Results In the abnormal blood glucose control group,the incidence of polyhydramnios,genital tract infection,postpartum hemorrhage and gestational hypertension was significantly higher than that in the glycemic control group and the observation group.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of controlling blood glucose on the pregnancy outcome of GDM patients is better and has clinical significance.
