微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗的效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Mini-Implant Anchorage for Orthodontic Treatment

目的探讨微型种植体支抗用于口腔正畸治疗的临床疗效。方法选取2010年4月至2017年4月于我院接受口腔正畸治疗的90例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各45例。观察组采用微型种植体支抗治疗,对照组采用传统正畸方法进行治疗,两组的疗程均为6个月。观察并比较两组的治疗效果以及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的SNB显著高于对照组, SNA、 ANB、 L1-MP及U1-SN显著低于对照组(均P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组的上中切牙倾角差、磨牙移位及上中切牙凸距差均显著优于对照组(均P <0.05)。观察组的软组织轻度水肿、口腔炎症、口腔溃疡和口腔不适感发生率均显著低于对照组(均P <0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗应用于口腔正畸治疗中具有理想的疗效,且稳定性较好,不良反应少。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mini-implant anchorage for orthodontic treatment. Methods 90 patients with orthodontic treatment in our hospital from April 2010 to April 2017 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment for 6 months, and the observation group was treated with mini-implant anchorage for 6 months. The curative effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed and compared. Results After treatment, the SNB of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the SNA, ANB, L1-MP and U1-SN were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the inclination of upper central incisors, molar displacement and upper central incisor protrusion distance of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidences of mild edema of soft tissue, oral inflammation, oral ulcer and oral discomfort of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of mini-implant anchorage for orthodontic treatment has ideal curative effect, good stability and few adverse reactions.
