产前超声检查及产前指导对妊娠高血压综合征结局的影响分析

Analysis on the Effect of Prenatal Ultrasound Examination and Prenatal Guidance on the Outcome of Pregnancy Induced Hypertension

目的探讨产前超声检查及产前指导对妊娠高血压综合征患者母婴结局的影响。方法将我中心2016年1月至2017年2月收治的90例妊娠高血压综合征患者随机分成观察组与对照组各45例,对照组只进行产前超声检查,观察组进行产前超声检查联合产前指导,观察比较两组的母婴结局。结果观察组孕妇的并发症总发生率为13.33%,显著低于对照组的33.33%(P <0.05)。观察组的围产儿不良结局总发生率为4.44%,显著低于对照组的20.00%(P <0.05)。结论产前超声检查联合产前指导应用于妊娠高血压综合征患者可以显著改善孕妇及围产儿结局,降低并发症的风险,改善母婴预后。

Objective To explore the impact of prenatal ultrasound examination and prenatal guidance on the maternal and infant outcomes in patients with pregnancy induced hypertension. Methods 90 cases of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension in our canter from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group only received prenatal ultrasound examination, while the observation group received prenatal ultrasound examination combined with prenatal guidance. The maternal and infant outcomes of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total incidence of complications of pregnant women in the observation group was 13.33%, significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The total incidence of perinatal adverse outcomes in the observation group was 4.44%, significantly lower than 20.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Prenatal ultrasound examination combined with prenatal guidance can significantly improve the outcomes of pregnant women and perinatal fetus in patientswith pregnancy induced hypertension, reduce the risk of complications, and improve thematernal and infant prognosis.
