益气养阴活血通络法对2型糖尿病肾病临床指标的影响

Effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo Principle on the Clinical Indicators of Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy

目的分析益气养阴活血通络法对2型糖尿病肾病临床指标的影响。方法 60例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机均分为两组,常规组给予西医治疗,治疗组给予西医+益气养阴活血通络法治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,治疗组的IL-6、血清25-羟维生素D、 HbA1C、尿微量白蛋白、尿肌酐、尿微量白蛋白/肌酐比值均显著优于常规组,治疗优良率及血糖改善率均显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。结论益气养阴活血通络法治疗2型糖尿病肾病的临床效果显著,可有效改善患者的各项临床指标。

Objective To analyze the effects of Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo principle on the clinical indicators of type 2 diabetic nephropathy. Methods 60 cases of patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups equally. The regular group was treated with Western medicine therapy, while the treatment group was treated with Western medicine therapy + Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo principle. The curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the IL-6, serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D, HbA1C, urine microalbumin, urine creatinine and urine microalbumin / creatinine ratio of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the regular group, and the excellent and good rate of treatment and improvement rate of blood glucose were significantly higher than those of the regular group (P <0.05). Conclusions Yiqi Yangyin Huoxue Tongluo principle has significant clinical effect for the treatment of type 2 diabetic nephropathy, which can effectively improve patients' clinical indicators.
