硬膜外麻醉联合小剂量缩宫素在无痛分娩中的临床效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Effect of Epidural Anesthesia Combined with Low-Dose Oxytocin in Painless Delivery

目的观察硬膜外麻醉联合小剂量缩宫素在无痛分娩中的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月于我院进行分娩的初产妇100例,根据产妇要求分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对照组实施自然分娩,观察组实施硬膜外麻醉联合小剂量缩宫素无痛分娩,观察两组的分娩结局、产程时间、产后出血及胎儿出生评分。结果观察组的分娩结局显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的第一产程及总产程均显著短于对照组(P <0.01)。两组的产妇产后出血情况及胎儿出生评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论硬膜外麻醉联合小剂量缩宫素在无痛分娩中具有较好的临床应用效果,安全性较高,可有效缩短产程,改善分娩结局,提高自然分娩率,减轻产妇分娩痛苦,值得临床应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of epidural anesthesia combined with low-dose oxytocin in painless delivery. Methods 100 cases of primiparas who had childbirth in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected and divided into two groups according to maternal requirement. The control group implemented natural delivery, and the observation group implemented epidural anesthesia combined with low-dose oxytocin for painless delivery. The delivery outcomes, labor time, postpartum hemorrhage and fetal birth scores of the two groups were observed. Results The delivery outcome of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The first stage of labor and duration of total labor of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P <0.01). No significant difference was found in maternal postpartum hemorrhage and fetal birth score between two groups (P >0.05). Conclusions Epidural anesthesia combined with low-dose oxytocin has good clinical application effect and high security in painless delivery, which can effectively shorten the labor process, improve the outcome of delivery and natural delivery rate, reduce the pain of maternal delivery, and is worthy of clinical application.
