还原型谷胱甘肽联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的效果探讨

Discussion on the Effect of Reduced Glutathione Combined with Somatostatin in the Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月至2018年10月我院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为两组各50例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组给予生长抑素治疗,研究组给予还原型谷胱甘肽联合生长抑素治疗。比较两组患者的临床症状及体征、胃肠道功能、血清脂肪酶、血清淀粉酶恢复至正常时间,比较两组患者的肝功能。结果研究组的腹胀、腹痛、胃肠道功能、血清脂肪酶、血清淀粉酶恢复至正常时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的AST、 ALT、γ-GT及TB均显著降低,且研究组的各项肝功指标均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合生长抑素治疗急性胰腺炎患者,可快速缓解临床症状,恢复胃肠道功能,保护肝功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of reduced glutathione combined with somatostatin in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods 100 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of regular treatment, the control group was treated with somatostatin, while the study group was treated with reduced glutathione combined with somatostatin. The time for clinical signs and symptoms, gastrointestinal function, serum lipase and serum amylase return to normal, as well as the liver function were compared between the two groups. Results The time for abdominal distension, abdominal pain, gastrointestinal function, serum lipase and serum amylase return to normal of the study group were significantly shorter than those of the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, both groups had significantly decreased AST, ALT,酌-GT and TB, and the indicators of liver function of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Reduced glutathione combined with somatostatin in the treatment of patients with acute pancreatitis can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms, restore gastrointestinal function and protect liver function, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
