标准大骨瓣减压术超早期治疗Ⅳ～Ⅴ级高血压脑出血的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Standard Big Bone Flap Decompression in Super Early Treatment of Grade Ⅳ ～ Ⅴ Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage

目的探讨标准大骨瓣减压术超早期治疗Ⅳ～Ⅴ级高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年6月至2018年5月收治的80例Ⅳ～Ⅴ级高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,全部患者均采用标准大骨瓣减压术超早期治疗,评价并比较患者治疗前后的意识状态以及日常生活能力。结果治疗后,意识状态Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的比例显著高于治疗前,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级的比例显著低于治疗前(P <0.05)。治疗后,日常生活能力Ⅱ级和Ⅲ级的比例显著高于治疗前,Ⅳ级和Ⅴ级的比例显著低于治疗前(P <0.05)。结论标准大骨瓣减压术超早期治疗Ⅳ～Ⅴ级高血压脑出血的效果明显,可有效改善患者的意识状态,提高患者的生活能力。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of standard big bone flap decompression in super early treatment of grade Ⅳ~Ⅴ hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with grade Ⅳ~Ⅴhypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to May 2018 were selected as research objects. All patients received standard big bone flap decompression for super early treatment. The conscious state and daily living ability of patients before and after treatment were evaluated and compared. Results After treatment, the proportions of grade Ⅱand Ⅲconscious state were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the proportions of grade Ⅳand grade Ⅴ conscious state were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). After treatment, the proportions of grade Ⅱand Ⅲ daily living ability were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the proportions of grade Ⅳand grade Ⅴdaily living ability were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05). Conclusions Standard big bone flap decompression in super early treatment of grade Ⅳ~Ⅴhypertensive cerebral hemorrhage has significant effect, which can effectively improve patients' conscious state, and improve patients' living ability.
