摘要
目的探讨新生儿高胆红素血症胆红素峰值与肾功能指标的相关性。方法选取新生儿高胆红素血症200例,按相关标准分为轻中度组(121例)和重度组(79例);选取同期健康新生儿100例作为对照组。比较各组患儿的胆红素峰值以及尿素氮和血肌酐水平,采用Pearson相关系数分析胆红素峰值与尿素氮、血肌酐的关系。结果三组的血浆胆红素峰值、尿素氮和血肌酐水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05),均以重度组最高、轻中度组其次、对照组最低。Pearson相关系数显示,胆红素峰值与尿素氮、血肌酐呈正相关。结论高胆红素血症患儿的胆红素峰值与尿素氮、血肌酐存在中等程度相关性,胆红素峰值对评价高胆红素血症所致肾功能损伤具有一定的临床价值。
Objective To explore the correlation between peak value of bilirubin and renal function indicators in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 200 cases of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were selected and divided into mild to moderate group (121 cases) and severe group (79 cases) according to related standard;Another 100 cases of healthy neonates at the same period were selected as the control group. The peak value of bilirubin, and levels of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were compared among 3 groups, and the correlations of peak value of bilirubin with urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient. Results The peak value of bilirubin, and levels of urea nitrogen and serum creatinine were statistically different among 3 groups (P <0.05), with the highest in the severe group, followed by mild to moderate group, and lowest in the control group. Pearson correlation coefficient showed that the peak value of bilirubin was positively correlated with urea nitrogen and serum creatinine. Conclusions The peak value of bilirubin has moderate correlation with urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, which has certain clinical value for evaluating the renal function damage caused by hyperbilirubinemia.
