抚触护理在新生儿病房优质护理服务中的应用

Application of Touch Nursing in High Quality Nursing Service in Neonatal Ward

目的探讨抚触护理在新生儿病房优质护理服务中的应用效果。方法选取2016年9月至2018年5月期间我院的200例新生儿,随机分为观察组和对照组各100例。对照组新生儿给予病房优质护理服务,观察组新生儿在病房优质护理服务的基础上给予抚触护理。观察并记录两组新生儿的第5 d摄入奶量、排胎便时间、粪便转黄时间、睡眠时间,以及出生42 d后的体重、身长、头围。结果观察组新生儿的第5 d摄入奶量显著多于对照组,排胎便时间和粪便转黄时间均显著短于对照组,睡眠时间显著长于对照组(P <0.05)。出生42 d后,观察组新生儿的体重、身长、头围均显著优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论新生儿实施抚触护理能够加快胎便的排出,增加摄入奶量,促进新生儿体重增加和生长发育。

Objective To explore the application effect of touch nursing in high quality nursing service in neonatal ward. Methods A total of 200 cases of neonates in our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. The neonates in the control group received high quality nursing service in ward, and the neonates in the observation group received touch nursing on the basis of high quality nursing service in ward. The intake amount of milk at 5th day, the time of meconium discharge, the time of meconium turn to yellow, the sleep time, and the weight, length and head circumference after 42 days of birth were observed and recorded. Results The intake amount of milk at 5th day of the observation group was significantly more than that of the control group, the time of meconium discharge and the time of meconium turn to yellow were significantly shorter than those of the control group, and the sleep time was significantly longer than that of the control group (P <0.05). After 42 days of birth, the weight, length and head circumference of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of touch nursing in neonates can promote the discharge of meconium, increase the intake amount of milk, and promote the increase of body weight and the growth and development of neonates.
