综合护理干预对早产儿母乳喂养及新生儿鹅口疮的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Breastfeeding and Neonatal Thrush in Premature Infants

目的探讨综合护理干预对早产儿母乳喂养及新生儿鹅口疮的效果。方法 126例早产儿随机分为干预组(综合护理干预, 63例)和常规组(基础护理, 63例),比较两组的母乳喂养率、新生儿鹅口疮发生率、母乳喂养自我效能及护理满意度。结果干预组的母乳喂养率为96.83%,显著高于常规组的82.54%(P <0.05);干预组的新生儿鹅口疮发生率为1.59%,显著低于常规组的12.70%(P <0.05)。干预组的乳头护理、自我喂养、自我挤奶、饮食评分均显著高于常规组(P <0.05)。干预组的护理满意度为98.41%,显著高于常规组的88.89%(P <0.05)。结论实施综合护理干预措施可提高早产儿母乳喂养率,提高产妇母乳喂养自我效能,降低新生儿鹅口疮发生率,提高产妇护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on breastfeeding and neonatal thrush in premature infants. Methods 126 cases of premature infants were randomly divided into the intervention group (comprehensive nursing intervention, 63 cases) and the routine group (basic nursing, 63 cases). The breastfeeding rate, the incidence of neonatal thrush, the self-efficacy of breastfeeding and the nursing satisfaction degree were compared between two groups. Results The breastfeeding rate of intervention group was 96.83%, higher than 82.54% of routine group (P <0.05). The incidence of neonatal thrush of the intervention group was 1.59%, lower than 12.70% of routine group (P <0.05). The scores of nipple nursing, self-feeding, self-milking and diet of intervention group were higher than those of routine group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of intervention group was 98.41%, higher than 88.89% of routine group (P <0.05). Conclusions The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention measures can improve the breastfeeding rate of premature infants, improve the self-efficacy ofmaternal breastfeeding, reduce the incidence of neonatal thrush, and improve maternal nursing satisfaction degree.
