优质护理对宫颈活检术患者止血效果及护理满意度的影响

Influence of High Quality Nursing on Hemostasis Effect and Nursing Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Cervical Biopsy

目的探讨优质护理对宫颈活检术患者止血效果及护理满意度的影响。方法选取我院2017年6月至2018年6月收治的78例行宫颈活检术患者,随机分为两组各39例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者在对照组基础上实施优质护理,比较两组的止血效果和护理满意度。结果观察组护理后的止血时间与出血量均显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为97.44%,显著高于对照组的84.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理应用于宫颈活检术患者可获得良好的止血效果,提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the influence of high quality nursing on hemostasis effect and nursing satisfaction degree of patients with cervical biopsy. Methods 78 cases of patients with cervical biopsy admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 39 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing, while the observation group received high quality nursing on the basis of regular nursing. The hemostasis effect and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The hemostasis time and amount of bleeding after nursing of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 97.44%, significantly higher than 84.62% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions High quality nursing applied in patients with cervical biopsy can achieve good hemostasis effect, and improve patients' nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
