优质护理干预在冠心病患者中的应用效果观察

Observation on the Application Effect of High Quality Nursing Intervention in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的观察优质护理干预应用于冠心病患者的效果。方法选取我院2017年2月至2018年10月收治的120例冠心病患者,随机分为两组各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理干预,比较两组护理干预后的生活质量评分及护理满意度。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的生理功能、社会功能、合理用药、规范饮食和自我检测评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为98.33%,显著高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于冠心病患者的效果显著,有利于提高患者的生活质量,提高患者的护理满意度。

Objective To observe the effect of high quality nursing intervention applied in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 120 cases of patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. The control group received regular nursing intervention, while the observation group received high quality nursing intervention on the basis of regular nursing. After nursing intervention, the scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing intervention, the scores of physiological function, social function, rational use of drugs, standardized diet and self-test of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction degree of the observation group was 98.33%, significantly higher than 86.67% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions High quality nursing intervention applied in patients with coronary heart disease has significant effect, which is beneficial to improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction degree of patients.
