身高偏离儿童家长对健康教育需求的研究

Investigation on Health Education Needs of Parents with Children Height Deviation

目的分析儿童家长对身高偏离知识的知晓情况,了解家长对健康教育的需求程度以及通过健康教育所取得的干预效果。方法采用调查问卷的方式,对荔湾区452名3～6岁学龄前身高偏离儿童家长进行调查。结果家庭户籍及收入、家长职业及学历等因素对知晓率的影响有显著性差异;家长对营养、运动和骨龄分析指导表示强烈需求,分别为90.04%、 78.32%、85.84%;家长对一对一交流和微信平台的健康教育方式表示强烈需求,分别为86.72%、 85.84%;干预前后知晓率有显著性差异。结论儿童家长对身高偏离知识需求较为强烈,建议加强健康教育力度,选择合理的健康教育方式,有效改善身高增长速率。

Objective To analyze the knowledge about children height deviation of parents, to understand the degree of parents' demand for health education and the effect of intervention through health education. Methods A questionnaire was used to investigate 452 parents who had children with height deviation at 3 ~ 6 years old in Liwan District. Results Significant differences were found in the influence of household registration and income, parents' occupation and educational background on the awareness rate. Parents expressed strong demand for guidance of nutrition, sports and bone age analysis, accounted for 90.04%, 78.32% and 85.84% respectively, and parents expressed strong demand for one-to-one communication and Wechat platform health education, accounted for 86.72% and 85.84% respectively, and a significant difference was found in the awareness rates before and after the intervention. Conclusions Parents of children have strong demand for height deviation knowledge. It is suggested to strengthen health education, choose reasonable health education and improve the growth rate of height effectively.
