摘要
壳聚糖(chitosan, CS)是一种天然高分子材料,因其生物学特性大量应用于骨感染的临床治疗中。CS材料可以单独制成缓释材料、可注射型温敏凝胶,与其他相容性材料结合形成复合材料实现局部给药或诱导骨再生的功效。本文综述了CS材料在慢性骨髓炎及骨再生修复中的一些应用进展。例如,一些新的制备方式:接枝共聚、超临界发泡技术、冻干法与水乳化法结合、与3D打印技术结合等;或负载一些其他药物实现更好的效果:辛伐他汀、消散素D1、BMP9等。
Chitosan is a natural polymer material,which is widely used in the clinical treatment of bone infection because of its biological characteristics.Chitosan materials can be made into sustained release materials alone,injectable thermosensitive gels,or combined with other compatible materials to form composite materials to local administration or induce bone regeneration.The application of chitosan in chronic osteomyelitis and bone regeneration is reviewed in this article.For example,some new ways of preparation:graft copolymerization,supercritical foaming,freeze-drying and water emulsification,combined with 3D printing technology,or loading some other drugs to achieve better results:simvastatin,resolvinD1,BMP9 and so on.
